Imagine being able to do a reset program without the overwhelm and frustration all while being supported by a coach within a private COMMUNITY.

As a holistic health and integrative life coach, my mission is to help guide you to see the greatest health transformation possible in the ways that are most meaningful, simplified and sustainable to you.

Blending my background in holistic health, nutrition, detox and addiction healing, sociology and yoga/fitness, I help facilitate clients through holistic cleanses (on and off the plate) and mindfulness-based coaching strategies.

This is a seasonal program with foods that will support you through the winter season.  Shining a light on superfoods that have the power to change your life at a cellular level – body, mind, heart and emotions.

 

Why Now?

The New Year often brings reflection and goal setting for resolutions.  I prefer to ditch the diet and resolutions mindset.  “Crowding Out” and leaning into setting intentions for a integrative approach to health, happiness and overall wellbeing.  

During the RESET program, you’ll eliminate certain foods that can contribute to poor gut health, inflammation, digestive issues, lack of energy, mood and MORE.   At the same time, you’ll be incorporating plenty of nutritious, seasonal gut-healing whole foods and supplements (suggestions not required) to help support detoxification and healing repair.

By the end of the program, you may notice improved digestion, more energy, lower stress levels, glowing clear  skin, improved sleep and an overall sense of well-being!  Previous participants have shared these results and many others based on their own BIO-INDIVIDUALITY!

That means getting rid of all the foods (and other sources) that are toxic to the body and mind.  Things that are not nourishing and can cause weight gain, chronic health problems, negative emotions and a weakened immune system.  Then we gradually re-introduce foods to determine how your body reacts to them and determine which foods do and don’t nourish your own beautiful bio-individual self.  Remember, everyone is different!  We are all uniquely and beautifully made.

Once you have determined how your body experiences and processes specific foods and you learn what you can and can’t tolerate, you will have a greater understanding of your unique needs!

This is a Whole Foods program integrated with mindset, mental wellbeing, coaching support, connection (virtually) and community.

Hi, I’m Kim and I created this program just for YOU!

I’ve coached and influenced the lives of hundreds of people in the health and detox space.  Incredible people just like you!

Believe me, I get how a person can feel living in confusion, frustration, overwhelm and just utterly exhausted.  Feeling stuck and sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I have walked my own healing path and have seen first hand how detoxing and resetting the body and mind or “the whole you” can be so life-changing.

Before I was the smiley and joyful person above, I spent many years navigating a long list of symptoms.  Living in chronic pain and seeking everywhere for answers, healing and peace without chronic pain. 

I was skating through life acting like I was fine, but I was far from fine. 

I was navigating many struggles through my worst days, so I know what it’s like to need help. Especially in breaking free from a life of pain, anxiety, imbalance and unhappiness.

Feeling alone and at a complete loss of direction.  Seeing solutions, support and a healthy community. 

After having to leave a job I loved due to an injury and pain, I found myself suffering in silence navigating a loss of identity, loss of community and loss of clarity of what’s next.  That injury led to a path of opioids for pain management.  Which led to darker spaces and pains.  

After months of severe depression and feeling so lost and confused, I made the decision to fight and take my health (and happiness) back. I had to… I was dying inside.

I used my inner resistance as fuel to pull myself out of the “darkness” I was in, and regain my resilience and power over my life.

That’s when I discovered holistic health and healing.  During my year of becoming certified, I used everything I was learning to apply, adjust and implement.  I discovered that my pain was my path to purpose.   I discovered that the tools and modalities I needed were ones that I NEEDED to share with others.  I discovered a lot about BIO-INDIVIDUALITY!

I also discovered how much I needed to RESET!  I needed a WHOLE-istic approach to RISE!

And that’s when I discovered the mind and body connection, the mindset to living a truly successful life, the nourishment for fuel and healing and the power of connection and community!

Along that path, I learned about yoga, meditation, breath-work and so much more.  

I learned that we can be our own healer, hero and leader.

No matter where you are on your path or what season of life you’re in…
